This is a reminder that reporting for the month of May (the reporting period ending 5/31/2018) is now open. Please submit your report by COB on Friday, June 15 at the following link: https://ncoa.tfaforms.net/workflows/start/2 If you are unable to complete your report by June 15, I would greatly appreciate it if you would notify me ahead of time at lauren.popham@ncoa.org.  

 

As a reminder, we are now asking you to report aggregate demographic data (e.g., age group, gender, race, health status, etc.).

 

If you have any staffing changes to your core BEC team, please email Randy Feliciano randy.feliciano@ncoa.org and Genevieve Waterman Genevieve.waterman@ncoa.org so that they can update your records.
