custom field - additional information	To whomever this may concern, I am an applicant for the Virginia Beach Police Department, and I will be going up there to be physically tested for the position on June 2, 2018. In order for me to be tested however I need a medical waiver signed by a certified physician. I currently don't have any health insurance, therefore I was curious as to how much it would cost me to have the physician sign my waiver. Thank you
