All I have at this Time is a senior walked in last Thursday and said he needed help. I asked how he had
heard about us and he said through his local coffee shop in Ojai a male acquaintance gave him our BEC flyer and said to him. Go there they just take walk- in’s and they will do everything they can for you!
He came in pretty late in the day and to complete his case I stayed over for an extra hour.
Applications are the following, Medi-Cal, Extra Help, Cal Fresh, Weatherization he has no heater, LIHEAP,
Linet Rx program as he has been out of Medications for many months. He was so humble and said his friend was right. The client could not believe someone would take the time to do all of applications and figure out his Rx Drug needs. I just smiled gave him
some bright pink BEC Handouts and said pass the word along. BEC work gets no better than this. This kind gentleman as two master degrees. He is not on SSDI . Just has had some extensive Medical care and help.
In my sophomore year in high school marketing our teacher said that for every word you put out to 5 people
generates to 50 more. I hope so. I totally believe in good work and word of mouth.
