Hi Everyone:
Happy Friday! Thank you all for your feedback so far on our newly designed BenefitsCheckUp private label website for the Center for Benefits Access. Please continue to explore and use the new website and send us feedback, we really appreciate
it. That being said, we know there can be some confusion with the new design and you may have some questions.
If you have any questions or comments relating to the new website, please send an email to
Support@BenefitsCheckUp.org and we will respond as soon as possible. Please also copy Randy Feliciano @
randy.feliciano@ncoa.org as well as Genevieve Waterman @
Genevieve.waterman@ncoa.org.
We’ve already received a few questions so we want to provide some additional clarity on the transition between the old private label sites (and their URLs) and the new site and URL. We will be redirecting all of the old BenefitsCheckUp
Private Label URLs to the new redesigned site on February 15, 2018. Once we complete this, this means that if you type in the old URL or access it from your stored favorites, the new site will display instead of the old one. During these next
2 weeks feel free to use either URL. We strongly suggest that you use the time to get comfortable with the new website as this will be the one we use going forward.
Thank you again for all you do, have a great weekend!
Best,
Eddie
