We wanted to conduct a mini-survey to see how long, on average, it takes for a person to receive a determination on the core benefits in your state. We know statutorily what some of the timelines are, but know the reality is sometimes different. No need to do research—just wanted to see what trends you’ve seen, or what guidance you generally tell your clients about when they might receive the benefit. (For the purposes of this response, assume the person applying doesn’t have any troubleshooting needs and has submitted all appropriate documentation.)
