Just wanted to share this information.  We have been successful in obtaining benefits for one individual under conditional enrollment but are working on another as of today.  Our Romanian client has been a permanent resident for 6 years.  She has never worked but is age 70 and therefore, eligible for Medicare.  She receives a pension from the Romanian government where she was a school teacher.  The benefits are less than $500/month.  Hopefully, we will be able to secure her medical coverage and QMB swiftly.  Because we found the conditional enrollment into QMB something that we rarely work with, I thought that others may not know about it and wanted to pass this along to you.  Others should note that this only works if their state is a buy-in state.

Great call yesterday!

Angela
