Good morning BEC’s,
We use Language Services Associates and pay $0.99 per minute for telephone interpreting services. The great thing is this services allows us to access 200+ languages 24/7. There is an annual fee that is assessed based on your organizations
size (I think) and the fee can be waived if you use so many minutes per year. We’ve had a good experience with them and found the service very efficient. We also use a local service as needed with Commonwealth Catholic Charities to translate documents at a
price per page based on the language. LSA does offer this at an additional cost. The LSA website is below:
