Outreach Strategies During COVID-19 Webinar

Description: This webinar provides an opportunity for grantees to get together to share their concerns and, more importantly, their strategies and practices about how to do outreach, counseling, and benefits enrollment during the COVID-19 outbreak.

 

*For MIPPA programs this webinar is in lieu of the usual April MIPPA TA call that had been previously scheduled for the same date and time.

 

Topics will include:

  • ACL expectations during COVID-19
  • SMP/SHIP/MIPPA panelist presentations
  • Resources for SMP, SHIP, and MIPPA grantees
  • Sharing of strategies and practices

Speakers: Administration for Community Living (ACL); Judith Bendersky, Washington SHIP/SMP/MIPPA; Travis Trumitch, Illinois SMP; and Jennifer DiNicola, AgeOptions, Illinois.

 

Intended Audience: This topic may be useful for a broad range of efforts, such as conducting outreach, staff and volunteer training, and complaint management. Anyone in the SHIP, SMP, and/or MIPPA network who is interested in this topic is welcome to attend.
