Happy new year! Hope you have had an opportunity to enjoy some time away from the office to relax and recharge.  Please continue to include me on the email list when reporting Medicare plan finder issues.  Attached is the CMS link for your convenience:  emedicare@cms.hhs.gov

 

As described below on the CMS.gov website, the special circumstances SEP may be appropriate for beneficiaries who have made the wrong plan choice because of inaccurate or misleading information on Plan Finder.  If you are working with/or know of a beneficiary who has utilized the SEP, please contact me. To date, I have not received any reports on the SEP being utilized but recognize that beneficiaries many have refilled their prescriptions at the end of December. As always thank you for your willingness to share your experience.
