Subject: BEC Listserv: RE: BEC Monthly Reporting RE case study

Hi BECs,

I wanted to let you know that we made a minor change to the reporting form. Each month, you will need to select whether you have a case study to submit that month or not. It is a requirement of your grant to submit a case study at least every 6 months. Now you have the flexibility of choosing when in a six month grant period you would like to submit your case study. If you have any questions, please email me directly at lauren.popham@ncoa.org.

Thanks!

Lauren

Subject: BEC Monthly Reporting Reminder

Dear BECs,

This is a reminder to submit your BEC reports for the month of March (the reporting period ending 3/31/2019). Please submit your report by COB on Monday, April 15 in the form in the Benefits Access Community. The link is here: https://ncoaging.force.com/BAC.  Once logged in, go to the My Grant Funding tab, select your grant, and then the button link to the form is on that page.

If you are unable to complete your report by April 15 or have trouble logging into the community, I would greatly appreciate it if you would notify me ahead of time at lauren.popham@ncoa.org.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and as always, thank you for your hard work and dedication!

Best,

Lauren
