Greetings BEC’s,
Several of you have either called or emailed me over the past week or so regarding strange emails with attachments and invoice requests. The SCAMMERS are very savvy in that they make it appear as though I
am writing you, but when you take a closer look the senders domain is different. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY to them nor OPEN ANY attachments.
I would never ask you to pay “me” for an invoice. My IT team is aware of this as the scammers seem to like my email handle and have been using it to solicit our network partners for several months now.
Moral of the story, please ignore any odd emails that seem to come from me. Below is an example of one of the many scamming attempts using my name. As you can see, the actual email handle is the bogus one
