NCOA is pleased to announce that we will be moving our websites, include BenefitsCheckUp®, to a new web hosting platform.
The below frequently asked questions about the migration will help you understand why this is happening and what it means for your organization.
Why is NCOA making this change and what does it mean for me?
Migrating to a new hosting platform will
enable NCOA to leverage a robust set of features that will allow us to accelerate our development of innovative digital products. The new platform’s secure infrastructure will enable NCOA to continue to provide you and the communities that you serve the
best possible BenefitsCheckUp experience.
When will the migration take place?
The web hosting migration will begin
February 15 and end on
February 18.
Will this affect the availability of our BenefitsCheckUp website?
We do not anticipate this resulting in any downtime of your BenefitsCheckUp website. Please do not be alarmed if you experience any intermittent delays during this time. These will be resolved expeditiously.
What do I have to do?
No action is required at this time, but please email the BCU team at
BenefitsCheckUp@ncoa.org if you experience any prolonged delays during or after the migration.
